DETOXING - Day 1


Right. Time to get back on track. I'm on school holidays now - it's time to detox.


Am following the program the Woman's Weekly put out a couple of years ago. It's gonna be tricky, but i'll feel much better. I've done it before and it felt great!


No: Sugar, Wheat, Preservatives, Dairy (except live yoghurt), alcohol, caffeine, or meat.


Phew.

I am SO behind. How did this go for you? I've been trying a similar diet though not adhering to it perfectly.
