FINALLY!!!
Got on the scales at the gym today - Hallelujah!!! - 88.4! FINALLY!!!
R's mate Frank is a bit of a fitness expert, and he gave me some advice. He seemed to think that since I went from nothing to running everyday, my body might have gone into shock, or crisis mode, and thought I was under some dort of stress, and started to store fat. So he recommended running only every second day, and doing weights or walking inbetween...
