Oh god. Started full-on training with Judy and the team yesterday for the City to Surf. An hour-long walk/jog, with 10 minutes of steep hill sprints. Holy crap. I'm aching all over. Only 3months, 2 weeks to go...
Have lost a kilo this week, so i'm on track for my 10kg loss in 12 weeks.
