Ok...
Here is a list of the changes I made in the past 9 days:
1) I cut out butter
2) I have had no junk food - Including NO chocolate
3) I cut out coffee
4) I have exercised EVERY day
5) I have gone to the gym twice a week
6) I have eaten less than 40 grams of fat each day
7) I have drunk at least a litre of water every day
8) I have started running (which i haven't done for years)
And you know how much I lost???
Nothing.
NOT A GOD DAMN EFFING THING. AND MAN - I AM ANGRY. I feel cheated. I feel like I've worked my butt off for 9 days and not been paid. What is the f--king point?
All those times I had to talk myself out of eating something I loved, telling myself it would be worth it when I weighed in... for nothing. How do you make such drastic change, and see NO RESULT????
What is wrong with me?!

There's not a darn thing wrong with you. I started "dieting" and exercising almost a year ago and ya know what? I gained weight...yup...GAINED! I've cut all pop out of my diet...not much for candy or other junk food as well. And I've gained about 5 lbs. Go fig...LOL! I'll just keep on keeping on just because I like how much better I'm feeling and the energy I've gained. Still not happy with my scale but that could be remedied with a sledgehammer...LOL!
