Here's a MEME I got from Jennie which I thought was kinda cool... I'm gonna do it. I'm also TAG-ing Connie, Dalim, and Sabrina to do it too!

1. Total number of books I own: ....um? I'll count the ones I can see, but there's more than what's here, coz there's some at my Mum's, some next to my bed, some I've lent to friends etc... But on my shelf here there is... 1, 2, 3....53, 54.
2. Last book I bought: On mine, Dal and Connie's infamous book-buying expedition, I bought "One Hundred and One Ways" by Mako Yoshikawa, and "A Celtic Childhood" by Bill Watkins. Connie bought me 3 books too by Gail Baxter, because I collect those really old English horse books (I can never resisit buying them!).
3. Last book I read: Chart Throb by ben Elton (brilliant - thanks for the loan Dalim!)
4. Book you intend to read next: A Celtic Childhood - Bill Watkins
5. Five books that mean a lot to me:
* National Velvet - Enid Bagnold (A classic)
* The Cat in the Hat - Dr Seuss (The first book I ever read cover-to-cover, by myself)
* Memoirs of a Geisha - Arthur Golden (I love it - it makes me want to travel)
* Riders - Jilly Cooper (I never go on holiday without it, it goes everywhere with me!)
* The Jinny Series - Patricia Leitch (Spent alot of my childhood lost in these books! I own the set and they're all yellow and dog-earred from being read so much!)
