1) waking up slowly next to your partner and snuggling up, knowing you dont have to get up now
2) being able to spend a bit of genuine play time with your kids/dog/partner/cat which isn't dictated by when the clock says it's time to go
3) Not brushing your hair
4) A warm cup of white tea with pear, my grandfather's blanket, and a good book
5) Staying in your best flannelette pj's (with green frog print)
6) cooking pancakes
7) a warm bright kitchen which smells like pancakes/toast/coffee
8) The sound of bird song in the backyard (Fellow Aussies: You know what I'm talking about - cuckoos, lorikeets, magpies, bower bids, wattle birds, king parrots, wrens and sparrows)
